Lustre of Pearl is a polyglamorous, full-service beauty and hair salon in Langford. We are known for creating a beauty experience that feels polished, seamless, and thoughtfully designed around comfort, quality, and care.

Our Culture
We have two staff parties each year and make space for fun, team-building moments throughout the year.
